At Phase 2 Creations, each item is handcrafted with care and made to order, which means we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if you experience any issues with your order (such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item), please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What to do if there's an issue:

  • Include clear photos of any damage or incorrect items
