We operate this website (www.phase2creations.com), powered by Shopify, offering handcrafted home goods and gifts (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms—together with our Privacy Policy—govern your use of our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS & ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to maintain the security of your account. You are solely responsible for all account-related activity. Accounts are non-transferable.

We aim to display accurate descriptions, but actual products may vary due to screen display differences or handcrafted variations. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, colors, availability, and discontinuations at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Orders are not accepted or processed until payment has been received. If we cannot fulfill, change, or cancel your order after acceptance, we will notify you. All purchases are subject to our Shipping, Return & Refund Policies. Products must be bought solely for personal use, not for resale or export.

Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are final and exclude taxes, shipping, handling, or import fees unless specified. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all charges, including applicable fees and taxes. You also confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our Shipping Policy governs shipping practices and timing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

All content on the Services—logos, images, text, designs, and more—is owned by Phase 2 Creations, Shopify, or their licensors and protected by law. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

SECTION 8 – SHOPIFY RELATIONSHIP
Our store uses Shopify for e-commerce functionality. Purchases are between you and Phase 2 Creations. Shopify is not responsible for issues related to products or transactions. You release Shopify from any related liability.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s. Data shared with us will also be processed by Shopify and other third-parties. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these privacy practices.

Any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or materials ("Feedback") you share are licensed to us perpetually for any use (including commercial) without additional compensation. You warrant that your Feedback is your own, truthful, lawful, and compliant with these Terms. We may edit or remove it at our discretion.

We strive for accuracy but may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if inaccuracies are discovered, even after submission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, GA.
